Really, Sergei didn't know Viktor enough to trust him. While he knew Viktor was a doctor, he trusted the doctors in an actual hospital more.

He rode up on Niko's back, then jumped down. He gently lifted Angela off of the stallion's back and carried her into the hospital. Angela was no more than 12, and had a bullet in her abdomen.

Sergei stopped in the middle of the waiting room. "I need help!" He called out.
