Lark sat up in her bed, still feeling the pain from the injury. That didn't bother her, though. She was getting out of the hospital today and she had learned a little from her encounter with the Akatsukis. She needed to tell this to the ATHA. She stepped onto the floor and walked around the room, waiting for her friend to come and pick her up.
Stupid hospital... he hated this place. He was just thankful that they didn't get after him about his recent breakout. As much as he hated to return, he had to pick up Lark, as the nurse had instructed him to.
"I'm here to pick up my sister, Lark Bakunin." Mikhail explained as he approached the main desk. His face held a less than pleasant expression, and his voice sounded even less friendly.
The nurse looked up at Mikhail and did not smile. "Right this way" She said plainly, walking down the hallway. "She hasn't spoken since she's been here. We got worried at first, but then we figured that she must like to be quiet." She knocked on the door and then opened it.
Lark lifted her head and looked at Mikhail. The nurse walked away. "Ia znaiu, kak pobedit' bandu. I know how to defeat the gang." She said solemnly and quietly, as if somebody was watching her. "Ia pulemet. MP5. Pochti nevozmozhno utaivania. I have a machine gun. An MP5. Nearly impossible to dodge. They'd have to go to her house to get the weapon. She believed that this would work perfectly. But for now, she just needed to get out of the hospital.
"She has always enjoyed her space." Mikhail confirmed, as he followed the nurse down the hall and to his 'sisters' room.
He was surprised by the first words she spoke, though undoubtedly impressed. This woman meant business! "Vy imeete avtomat? Napomnite mne ne vhodit' v vashu plohuju storonu. You have a machine gun? Remind me not to get on your bad side." This was some curious news, and he had to admit he was impressed. Lark was proving to be an excellent new recruit. "Vy dolzhny budete skazat' mne bol'she o vas neposredstvenno. No snachala, my dolzhny poluchit' gde-nibud' men'she publiki. Vy imeete dom zdes', vse zhe? You'll have to tell me more about yourself. But first, we should get somewhere less public. Do you have a home here, yet?" He didn't want to invite anyone to crash at his place, but he'd be willing to let her stay there until she found a place of her own. That is, if she didn't already have a place to call home.
Lark looked around, nervous that somebody was listening. "Ia zhivu v gorode. V zabroshennom dome v Soloughvien Downs. I live in town. In an abandoned house in the Soloughvien Downs." She replied quietly, ready to get out of this place.
This was more of a surprise to him, though he didn't doubt her. Soloughvein Downs was a dangerous place to live. "My zakonchim nashu besedu tam, togda. We'll finish our conversation there, then." Mikhail responded, as he headed for the door. "I'm afraid I don't have a vehicle. Are you able to walk that distance?" Now that they weren't talking about darker things, Mikhail switched back to English.
Lark nodded. "I can walk. Let's just get out of here." She replied, walking out the door. By now everyone probably knew that she hated hospitals.
"Of course." She had good sense it seemed. Mikhail gladly followed her out of the door, and couldn't seem to get out of the hospital quick enough. He scarecly slowled down when they got outside either, although he set a descent pace for Lark to keep up.
Lark quickly followed Mikhail, cringing now and then as she felt the pain in her side.
