Kristi Vincent

Kristi got out and followed Luke into the house and upstairs. She walked quietly as she followed him and into the room Rose and her pups were. She stayed at the door smiling. She stared in awe at the tiny pups and couldnt help but look at them.

Luke Anderson

Luke knew that even with the pups, Rose was still friendly and would enjoy the attention they would offer by entering the room. So, he walked into the room and spoke softly to the red merle Australian Shepherd as he knelt next to the pen she had the pups in. He smiled down at the four puppies. There was a red merle male with white and tan points, a liver female with white points, a blue merle female with white points, and a black female with tan and white points. You can come in to see them if you want. I'm sure Rose will enjoy some company.

Kristi slowly came towards the pen. She knelt down next to Luke. She looked at the pups. ''Their so small and cute'' she said softly. She looked over at Luke and smiled before looking down at the pups. She reached down and petted Rose. ''Proud mamma are you'' she said quietly

Luke smiled to Kristi as she came over to him and knelt down. He nodded as she said the pups were so small and cute. Yeah, they are pretty cute. He spoke softly. As Kristi lowered her hand to pet Rose, the red merle girl wagged her stub of a tail and licked Kristi's hand. She was a very good natured canine, that much was for sure. Though, all of the Anderson's animals were pretty easy going aside from Reba, the girls' old hound, who could be a bit grumpy.

Kristi smiled at Rose and petted her behind her ear. She looked at the pups. Her eyes sparkled at the noon sun as it came in through the window. She glanced at the window and smiled. The non sun was beautiful and spectacular. She looked back down at Rose and then sat back on her knees. She looked at Luke and then at the pups her eyes still full of awe. She smiled/

Luke found himself glancing at Kristi more than he might with other girls. The noon day sun shining in through the window seemed to make her eyes glimmer, he noted. Then he forced his eyes back to Rose and the puppies, he didn't want her to catch him staring at her. Pretty soon they will be running all over the place and causing trouble. He chuckled at the thought. Then he picked up one of the puppies and looked at the ribbon around his neck. It read Hakan. It looks like the girls already named them. This guy appears to be Hakan, and Kai, Tama, and Kangee. He picked up each pup in turn and read off their names.

Kristi Vincent

Kristi laughed a little. ''Thats how all young pups are'' She laughed and looked at the pups. She looked at each one of them as he picked them up, but found herself looking more at him then the pups. She looked down at Rose and ran her hand, softly, against Rose and the pups. She smiled and then sat with her knees up against her chest as she looked at them.

Luke Anderson

Luke nodded as she spoke, saying that was how it was with all young pups. It's even worse when they are working pups like these guys are, though. It will be some time before they are actually able to herd but from a young age they will need lots of exercise and training to be gentle with the other animals. He knew a lot about training working dogs, since that was what they had always had. Until he had gotten Teagan and Tahoe. They had both been rescued from their local dog pound back home, though. He wasn't sure what else to say or do so he just reached down to pet Rose.

Kristi Vincent

Kristi smiled. ''Of course they will'' she said. She got up and looked at Luke. ''Mind driving over to the Corral? I want to see my girl Snow again.'' she said. She missed her horse Snow. She missed the reckless mare and the careless riding she galloped. She looked at Luke and waited for a response

Luke Anderson

Luke heard her question and he nodded then stood up. Sure, I don't mind. He gave Rose one last pat before turning to walk outside. The girls must be out, since he hadn't seen them yet. He led the way to the truck and opened the door for Kristi before he got into the driver's side. He turned the truck on and pulled out onto the dirt road, heading towards the Unknown Corral.
